By accessing our website, requesting quotations, submitting inquiries, using our services, or engaging in business transactions with FREIGHTX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 3. Service Requests and Quotations

All freight quotations, logistics proposals, and service offers provided by FREIGHTX are:

  • Subject to final cargo specifications, dimensions, weight, and contents.
  • Based on information provided by the customer.
  • Subject to carrier space availability and terminal conditions.
  • Subject to change due to fuel surcharges, ocean/air freight rate adjustments, customs requirements, and port/terminal charges.

* A quotation does not constitute a legally binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and non-hazardous cargo details.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with export/import regulations.
  • Submit necessary shipping declarations, trade documents, and invoices on time.
  • Secure required import/export permits and licensing approvals.

5. Cargo Acceptance and Restrictions

FREIGHTX reserves the right to refuse transportation, handling, or storage of cargo that:

  • Violates applicable local or international laws.
  • Contains prohibited, counterfeit, or restricted goods.
  • Is packed or labeled inadequately for transit.
  • Presents safety, health, or environmental hazards.
  • Lacks valid customs or shipping documentation.

6. Freight Charges and Payments

Customers agree to pay all applicable charges related to freight transportation, handling, warehousing services, customs brokerage support, storage, documentation, demurrage, duties, and government taxes.

Late Payments: Payment terms are specified on individual quotations or contracts. Late payments may lead to service suspension, holding of cargo/documents, or extra interest charges.

7. Shipment Delays

Transit times provided by FREIGHTX are estimates only. We shall not be held liable for delays arising from weather conditions, port congestion, customs inspections, carrier modifications, labor disputes, cybersecurity issues, or force majeure events.

8. Cargo Insurance

Unless expressly agreed in writing, cargo insurance is not automatically included in freight forwarding services. Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain cargo insurance to protect their goods against loss, damage, theft, or unforeseen transit incidents.

9. Limitation of Liability

FREIGHTX acts as an agent and logistics coordinator. Liability, if any, is strictly limited according to international transport conventions (e.g., Hague rules, Warsaw convention) and carrier terms. FREIGHTX is not liable for indirect, consequential, business interruption, or loss of profits damages.

10. Customs Compliance & Force Majeure

Customs Compliance:

Customers are responsible for trade regulation compliance. FREIGHTX helps with logistics coordination but does not guarantee customs clearance or border control approvals.

Force Majeure:

FREIGHTX is not liable for failures due to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, wars, civil disturbances, cybersecurity incidents, or transport blockades.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

11. Intellectual Property

All website text, logos, branding, graphics, and designs on freightxglobal.com are the exclusive property of FREIGHTX Cargo Shipping Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is prohibited.
